leadSaler (“leadSaler”, “we”, “us”) is a B2B data and lead generation service based at Pangsha, Rajbari, Dhaka Division, Bangladesh – 7720. You can reach us at info@leadsaler.com.

This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. It covers two groups of people: visitors and customers of leadsaler.com, and business professionals whose work contact details may appear in the B2B data we research for clients.

1. Visitors and customers

What we collect

  • Details you send us through our contact and free sample forms, email or WhatsApp: name, work email, company, website, target market and your message.
  • Order and billing details such as invoices and payment confirmations. Payments are processed by Payoneer or Binance Pay; we never see or store your card or account passwords.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server logs for security. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries, prepare samples and deliver orders (performance of a contract or steps before one).
  • To send invoices and keep business records (legal obligation).
  • To keep the site secure and improve our services (legitimate interests).
  • To send occasional service updates if you are a customer. You can opt out at any time.

2. Business professionals in our B2B data

We research business contact information such as name, job title, employer, work email, business phone number, company details and public professional profile URLs. We do not collect sensitive personal data, consumer data or home addresses.

Where it comes from

Publicly available business sources (company websites, professional networks and public directories) and licensed B2B data platforms. Emails are checked with verification tools before delivery.

Why we process it

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: enabling relevant business-to-business communication. We limit the data to professional details, and every recipient of our data must use it lawfully (see our Terms of Service).

Your rights and opting out

If you believe your business details are in our data and you would like them removed or no longer used, use our Data Removal page or email info@leadsaler.com. We will act on your request within 30 days and add you to a suppression list so you are not included in future deliveries.

3. Sharing

We do not sell visitor or customer data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, payment and analytics providers), and with clients in the case of B2B contact data as described above. Some providers are located outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months.
  • Customer and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Suppression (opt-out) records: kept so we can honour your request.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. California residents can ask what we hold and request deletion; we do not sell personal information in the sense of the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email info@leadsaler.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies by default. Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted, and data is delivered to clients through private links or email. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we handle.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
