Terms of Service

leadSaler (“leadSaler”, “we”, “us”) is a B2B data and lead generation service based at Pangsha, Rajbari, Dhaka Division, Bangladesh – 7720. You can reach us at info@leadsaler.com.

These terms apply when you use leadsaler.com or order any of our services. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide B2B lead research and lead lists, Apollo.io data exports, email validation, LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator access, and digital marketing and creative services, as described on our website or agreed in writing for each order.

2. Orders, delivery and payment

  • Each order is based on the brief you approve (for example industry, job titles, location and volume).
  • Delivery times on our website are typical estimates and start once we have your brief and, where required, payment.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We accept Payoneer, Binance Pay (USDT). We may ask for full or partial payment in advance.
  • Data is delivered as CSV, Excel or Google Sheets unless agreed otherwise.

3. Data quality

We research and validate data carefully, but business data changes constantly (people change jobs, companies change email systems). We therefore do not guarantee that every record is accurate or that any campaign will produce a specific result. Emails we label “valid” passed verification at the time of delivery. Our remedies for inaccurate data are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities when using our data

You are responsible for using the data lawfully, including (where they apply) the UK GDPR and PECR, the EU GDPR and ePrivacy rules, the US CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA, and Canada’s CASL. In particular you agree to:

  • use the data only for legitimate business-to-business purposes;
  • identify yourself clearly in outreach and include a working opt-out in every marketing email;
  • honour opt-out requests promptly and keep your own suppression list;
  • not use the data for spam, harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose;
  • not resell, publish or share the data as a standalone product without our written consent.

5. LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator access

Access is provided on your own LinkedIn account for the period you purchase. You must follow LinkedIn’s User Agreement. leadSaler is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Apollo.io and other product names are trademarks of their owners.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid for, you may use delivered data and creative work for your own business. Our website content, branding and methods remain ours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities or damage to sender reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your briefs, target lists and campaign details confidential and use them only to deliver your order.
